Sympli in Queensland
The Sunshine State is special to Sympli – it’s where we have achieved many of our national firsts. We completed our first practitioner onboarding and first ever electronic lodgment in Queensland, with the help of KRG Conveyancing back in December 2018.
Of course, we can’t forget that our very first financial settlement transaction was another win for Queensland, which took place in December last year. This was a landmark transaction for the industry and Sympli which was not possible without the support of ANZ, and Gold Coast firms K2 Law and WP Lawyers.
We’re working very closely with the Queensland Law Society, the Queensland Land Registry and the Office of State Revenue to continue expanding Sympli across the State. We look forward to helping Queensland property lawyers transition to e-Settlements with ease and with confidence.
Current document availability
In Queensland, clients can lodge the below documents however our financial settlement capability is initially limited while we partner with financial institutions to establish payment connections. How can I register my interest?
As we are progressively launching in each state and adding to our list of available documents, we will continue to extend our Early Onboarding Program to additional practitioners. If you would like to register your interest in joining the program, please fill out the form and we will advise you when the time is right to bring you onboard.
What if I’d just like to be kept up to date for now?
We’re making some great progress and we love sharing that news with the industry. You can use the same form to receive regular updates on our progress by selecting “Keep me updated”.
