Sympli in Queenland

The Sunshine State is special to Sympli – it’s where we have achieved many of our national firsts. We completed our first practitioner onboarding and first ever electronic lodgment in Queensland, with the help of KRG Conveyancing back in December 2018.

Of course, we can’t forget that our very first financial settlement transaction was another win for Queensland, which took place in December last year. This was a landmark transaction for the industry and Sympli which was not possible without the support of ANZ, and Gold Coast firms K2 Law and WP Lawyers.

We’re working very closely with the Queensland Law Society, the Queensland Land Registry and the Office of State Revenue to continue expanding Sympli across the State. We look forward to helping Queensland property lawyers transition to e-Settlements with ease and with confidence.

How can I get involved now?

Operating in a soft-launch phase allows us to implement further user feedback on the overall look, feel and functionality of Sympli to continue improving the experience for all practitioners. We have limited the Early Onboarding Program to those practitioners who aligned with our roll-out schedule in the first instance to gather feedback. If you would like to register your interest in the program please express your interest in the form to the right and we will advise you when the time is right to bring you onboard.

What if I want to use Sympli further down the track?

If you’re waiting for transfers and settlement capability, we’d still love to hear from you. You can register your interest using the same form and we’ll keep you updated on the latest developments in Queensland.

What do our clients think?

Lodging his first release of mortgage document through Sympli:

“Shut up! Wow, that was so easy. I need to get more of this type of work!”
