Sympli in South Australia
It’s been an exciting few months for Sympli, with our first South Australian transaction, a mortgage lodged by Conveyancing Centre, taking place in December 2019. It was soon followed by our first SA caveat lodgment in February this year, with Christie & Associates leading the charge on that one.
As we look ahead this year, we’re excited about expanding our document offering in South Australia as we continue to work closely with the Registrar-General’s Office, Revenue SA, Land Services SA, and other South Australian industry bodies.
Sympli is proud to be a platform built by users, for users, and we’re serious about making the transition to e-Settlements for SA practitioners as seamless as possible.
Current document availability
In South Australia, clients can lodge the below documents however our financial settlement and trust account capability is initially limited while we partner with financial institutions to establish payment connections. We will keep you informed as our payment connections are completed. Land Registry and Revenue Office limitations may also apply. If you have any questions please contact our helpdesk.

Your Product Experience Manager for South Australia
As a registered conveyancer with over 25 years’ experience in the property and information sectors, she has a deep understanding of the South Australian market. Over the course of her career she has owned and operated a successful conveyancing practice, managed state operations for GlobalX and most recently worked alongside industry stakeholders at the Office of the Registrar General on policy direction and planning for the adoption of e-conveyancing. She’s passionate about making a positive difference to an industry she has dedicated much of her career to:

How can I get involved now?
Operating in a soft-launch phase allows us to implement further user feedback on the overall look, feel and functionality of Sympli to continue perfecting the experience for all practitioners. We do this in two ways: by working closely with practitioners who lodge the standalone documents as listed above, and through holding periodic ‘hands-on’ focus groups.
