Sympli in South Australia

It’s been an exciting few months for Sympli, with our first South Australian transaction, a mortgage lodged by Conveyancing Centre, taking place in December 2019. It was soon followed by our first SA caveat lodgment in February this year, with Christie & Associates leading the charge on that one.

As we look ahead this year, we’re excited about expanding our document offering in South Australia as we continue to work closely with the Registrar-General’s Office, Revenue SA, Land Services SA, and other South Australian industry bodies.

Sympli is proud to be a platform built by users, for users, and we’re serious about making the transition to e-Settlements for SA practitioners as seamless as possible.

Say hi to Angie Nguyen

Your Product Experience Manager for South Australia

As a registered conveyancer with over 25 years’ experience in the property and information sectors, she has a deep understanding of the South Australian market. Over the course of her career she has owned and operated a successful conveyancing practice, managed state operations for GlobalX and most recently worked alongside industry stakeholders at the Office of the Registrar General on policy direction and planning for the adoption of e-conveyancing. She’s passionate about making a positive difference to an industry she has dedicated much of her career to:

“I truly love that Sympli is a system built by users, for users. It enables me as a PEM and a Registered Conveyancer to provide a voice for the users to ensure that their needs and concerns are recognised for the benefit of the industry as a whole.”

How can I get involved now?

Operating in a soft-launch phase allows us to implement further user feedback on the overall look, feel and functionality of Sympli to continue perfecting the experience for all practitioners. We do this in two ways: by working closely with practitioners who lodge the standalone documents as listed above, and through holding periodic ‘hands-on’ focus groups. If you’re interested in being involved in either of these, please express your interest in the form to the right or reach out to Angie.

What if I want to use Sympli further down the track?

If you’re waiting for transfers and settlement capability, we’d still love to hear from you. You can register your interest using the same form and we’ll keep you updated on the latest developments in SA.

What do our clients think?

“I am super impressed with Angie Nguyen (the SA Product Experience Manager), as her dedication to making the platform work so seamlessly for me is second to none.

I would advise every practitioner in SA to get on board, test the water, and be as satisfied as I am. I’m looking forward to being able to transact transfers in the near future, as the Sympli platform continues to expand in SA.”

– Roger Scott, Conveyancing Centre (Daw Park, SA)
