Sympli in Victoria

Victoria was the second state off the blocks for Sympli with the lodgment of a caveat in December 2018 by our very first Victorian client, AB Morison Conveyancing.

As we look forward to 2022, we continue to work closely with Land Use Victoria, Victorian Land Registry Services, the State Revenue Office, AIC (Vic) and LIV. Our work with these industry partners will place Sympli in a good position to have a much greater document availability in Victoria by the end of the year.

We’re big believers that choice and competition are critical for a vibrant and reliable e-Settlement industry and we’re here to be a force of positive of change for all practitioners.

How can I register my interest?

As we are progressively launching in each state and adding to our list of available documents, we will continue to extend our Early Onboarding Program to additional practitioners. If you would like to register your interest in joining the program, please fill out the form and we will advise you when the time is right to bring you onboard.

What if I’d just like to be kept up to date for now?

We’re making some great progress and we love sharing that news with the industry. You can use the same form to receive regular updates on our progress by selecting “Keep me updated”.

What do our clients think?

“It is fantastic for the industry to have choice in e-Settlement providers, especially since the October [2018] mandate.”
