Sympli in Western Australia
Following the Western Australian Land Registry, Landgate approval (CIB) of Sympli for Discharge of Mortgage, Mortgage, and Withdrawal of Caveat in January 2022, Sympli has now expanded its service offering to Western Australia, completing the first Discharge of Mortgage with one of the major banks; ANZ
The achievement of this milestone means we are now live with all major jurisdictions and sees the continuous development and progress of Sympli’s e-Conveyancing platform, delivering a national solution and bringing interoperability, choice and competition to the property industry.
Throughout 2022 Sympli will be working with select Financial Institutions and practitioners in Western Australia, as part of our Early Access Program.
The Early Access participants will be the first to use Mortgages and Withdrawals of Caveat in Western Australia.
