Our interview process
Once you’ve been contacted by our talent acquisition team, you’ll go through a series of interviews to ensure that you’re the right fit for the job. We’ll also be assessing whether you’re a great match for Sympli’s teams and cultures.
We will arrange an initial video call between you and our People & Culture team. During this session, you will have the opportunity to provide more details about your professional background, and we will share comprehensive information regarding the role and our company. This meeting will also provide ample time for you to ask any questions you may have.
We are eager to advance you to the next stage of the selection process, which will involve a technical assessment. This is only applicable to certain positions.
You will have the opportunity to discuss the technical aspects of the position, team, and company culture either in-person or virtually with the hiring manager.
Depending on the position, you may have one further interview with a key stakeholder.

Once your contract and forms have been sent out electronically, you can complete all aspects of the process online. Additionally, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to complete the necessary probity checks (e.g. police checks).
