Our Leadership Team
David is the founding CEO of Sympli, having established the joint venture between ASX and InfoTrack in May 2018. David has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry where he worked for Lazard, Macquarie, Deloitte and CQS Management. He has a range of international experience and has worked with both Commonwealth and State governments in Australia. David is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Tanya has advised corporate clients in Australia, Europe and the USA on business strategy for over a decade and was Chief of Staff for PwC’s Consulting Business in Australia. Prior to consulting, she held senior management roles at British Telecom in the UK, playing a significant role in the company’s global expansion plans by setting up new subsidiary businesses and international joint ventures.
Liz has 20 years’ experience in risk, assurance and advisory across multi-industries in the UK, US and Australia. She has a law degree and MBA and has worked with several complex organisations such as Rio Tinto, Shell, EY, Westpac and British Telecom. Liz is responsible for ensuring Sympli maintains robust risk management systems, processes and culture. In addition, she manages the regulatory requirement to be independently certified across key business processes including the Information Security Management System.
Suzanne brings a wealth of experience in financial services and industry-forged relationships to Sympli, having held senior management roles with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia over the past 11 years. Most recently, she played an integral role for leading digitisation of lending at CBA, particularly with the operationalisation of e-conveyancing. Suzanne enjoys building key relationships and engaging industry stakeholders to deliver better outcomes for practitioners right across Australia.
Jo has over 14 years’ experience in working in regulated industries and has also worked for various start-ups. Jo leads our legal function and enjoys working in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment. She is also an experienced Company Secretary and works with Sympli’s Board of Directors in this capacity.
Rosey has a vast background in the legal industry which spans over 19 years. Rosey joined InfoTrack in 2015 as a highly-experienced product manager with a significant background in product development and the creation of software to automate manual processes and streamline workflows.
Ryan is an experienced marketing professional and has over 5 years’ experience working in the legal and conveyancing technology industry. Ryan leads our marketing function and enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Ryan enjoys connecting brands with their target audience through campaigns that are creative, insightful and analytically driven.
Information technology and services have been a passion for Helvi for over 15 years leading operational teams at SAI Global, InfoTrack, LEAP. Making a difference to clients and achieving outcomes through technology and people is both a key focus and strength of hers. Prior to this, Helvi’s background has included strategic stakeholder management, sales and marketing within the financial services and telecommunications industries. Sympli’s core value of being ‘a force of positive change in our industry’ resonates strongly with Helvi. This is the mission she and her Customer Support Team embrace.
Fiona brings almost 20 years’ human resources, training and coaching experience to Sympli from a range of industries including technology, sport/fitness, finance, hospitality and automotive. Fiona joins us from InfoTrack where she spent the past four years as General Manager of Human Resources. At Sympli, she plays integral role in delivering HR initiatives that are innovative, agile and data driven while developing our people to the best versions of themselves, both personally and professionally. Did we mention she’s a two-time medal-winning Olympian?
Jeremy brings extensive experience working in Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia with major banks, financial services and FinTech clients to implement transformational solutions including core banking, originations, AI and digital engagement, risk and data. He’s passionate about identifying and deploying new business opportunities, leading complex negotiations and nurturing client relationships to improve and implement enterprise solutions. At Sympli, he focuses this expertise on establishing and maintaining our key stakeholder and strategic relationships particularly with our financial services partners.

Kim is the Office Manager at Sympli and is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the office. Kim enjoys working at Sympli as her role is diverse including providing support to the CEO, being a fire warden, first aid officer and running the Social Committee for Sympli. Kim is empowered to organise and run fun team building activities for employees that get different people together and contribute to building a great culture. Kim thinks the best thing about Sympli are the people that she gets to work with every day. Kim says “we have smart, friendly people, who are genuinely invested in the success of this business.”
