Install Sympli Signing Applications
To sign documents on the Sympli platform please complete steps 1 and 2 to install signing applications and browser extensions. If your digital certificate is on a USB token you will need to complete step 3 as well.
- Click here to download the x64 application for windows.
- Double click on the .exe file you downloaded.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to install the application.
- Once installed move to Step 2.
NOTE: You can download the x32 application for windows here.
Google Chrome extension

Click here to install the extension via the Google Chrome Web Store.

Click on +ADD TO CHROME.

Click Add extension. A confirmation message will appear.

You can close the Chrome Web Store extension tab.
Microsoft Edge extension

Click here to install the addon via Microsoft’s Add-on Store.

Click on GET.

Click Add extension. A confirmation message will appear.

This step is now complete and you can close the Edge Add-ons tab.
Complete this step ONLY if your digital certificate is on a USB token.

Click here to download the client for windows.

Double click on the .msi file you downloaded.

Follow the instructions on the screen to install the application.

Once installed you can validate your digital certificate.
After applications are installed
After the installation steps have been completed, validate the digital certificates and confirm they work correctly.
